Needs advice on wholesaling

Hello BP community, I'm a beginner in real estate investing in Cleveland, OH. I currently have my first potential wholesale deal that I'm trying to close. I need help with the contract. Wondering if I should buy a prewritten contract from OfficeMax or should I proceed with hiring an real estate attorney? Any advice would be a big help.
