WholeSale Assignment/Contract

I am buying a house through a whole saler. So I am buying her contract. But on my assignment she wants me to sign, it clearly states that I agree I have seen the contract and agree to the them. She refuses to show me the contract, says her company will not do that. Has anyone dealt with this before. How can I buy the assignment for a contract I have never seen?
