How to create Investor Packet w/ Comps

Hello BP Community,

Today I got my first property under contract in Orlando, FL and I will be putting together my IP to start sending to investors has I will be wholesaling the property.

I require some assistance putting it together and I was wondering if anybody has a template that has been working for them, as well as a template used for the comps they put in their IP.
