House on 4.2 Acres
Hi BP!!! I am a new investor and hoping to wholesale property for older/retired lady. House sits on 4.2 acres of cleared land. House is a little over 1400 SF, 3BD/3BA. I am thinking that the property will be great for church or small subdivision. Or even rehab. Can anyone share good resources to find buyers for properties with lots of acreage and potential? Thanks!!!
