Wholesaling as a licensed realtor in NY..

Good afternoon BP community, I began a yellow letter campaign in NYC about a month ago while waiting for my NY salesperson license application to go through. Now that I am officially licensed, do I need to mention that I am a realtor on the actual mail piece (yellow letter, postcard)? Or can I just disclose that I am a realtor at the first contact with the prospective seller? Any advice would be greatly helpful. I have read up on this topic but just want to be sure I am doing things legally in accordance with NY state laws. Thanks and I wish everyone continued success! -Abel
