Is direct mail overrated? What does everybody do for marketing their business? I'd like to hear options!

Hi @Alexis Miranda

I can't speak for your area specifically, but most wholesalers I know are still using it as am I. I used to get a deal for every 1000 mail outs, but that's been around 1500 lately. The numbers still work for me so I just do a higher volume, but I also wouldn't rely on it alone. We also use craigslist, mls/HUD, a website, and some use bandit signs and driving for dollars as strategies.
