Contacted wholesaler via bandit sign

Hello all. I am new to BP but eager to get started with my journey. I noticed a bandit sign and contacted the owner. Recieved a call back and asked if she assigned contracts. She said yes.  i explained i was new to wholesaling and asked if she could introduce me to networking and give me some advice.

she wants to meet and im going to get some questions ready.

Do you think she will try to scam me, use me or help me?

Id be willing to help her however i can, but i want to get started myself. I hope to get a look at her interaction with the seller and contract. Idk if she will but i just want to learn from doing and to seeing her close a deal would get me started.

I have doubts still of the legality of wholesaling with the contract and also seeing maybe her clauses would show me how its done. Ill run my own contract by a lawyer but i just wanted a mentor as well. Also what questions should i ask as well

Thanks everyone!
