Release of earnest money

BP,

I'm in need of assistance again. I'm looking for what form to use to release earnest money funds. Deal fell apart at closing table, and title company is requiring a release of earnest money contract before they will close title. Never had to deal with this road block before. Everything I've found online is to be used only Texas Association of Realtors.

Contact the title company and they will either prepare the release or provide you with the form.  Keep in mind the title company will not release the funds unless all parties and if applicable agents sign the form
