Hey everyone, I'm completely brand new at this and wanted to introduce myself and see if there was anyone in the Philadelphia PA area. Id like to start wholesaling properties. Anyone local or have tips or advice for me? I would truly appreciate it because o have tons of questions that I can not find answers too. Thanks! :) God Bless

@Account Closed I would recommend you link up with a wholesaler in the area. As practical as the method seems, I hear far more nightmare stories than success stories regarding wholesaling
