Contract Question
Hey all! I was just wondering, for those of you that have done some wholesale deals, if you had a pre-packaged conract, like from a course or legal website or something, if you had to get the contracts (assignment, purchase) reviewed by your attorney, or if you just used them as is? If you did have to get them reviewed, what's a reasonable price for that? Thanks! :cool:
