Investor Friendly Title agency
Hi everyone!! I am a wholesaler from Pennsylvania and I have a deal under contract in Vero Beach Florida. She is a friend of ours and just wants to get rid of this property. That being said, we are in need of a title agency, especially one that might be able to do a double or simultaneous closing? I would especially like to use someone that has gone through this process with you in the past. I would greatly appreciate any help we could possibly get! Thank you in advance!!!
