How to buy time for Wholesale deals
Hello, I ama new wholesaler. What exactly can I do to buy myself the most time to find a buyer, and what can I put in the contract to guarantee I do not have to buy the house?

Somebody taught you wrong. Entering into contracts using lies and deception isn't the way to invest in real estate. Before you work so hard finding how to get out of a contract, find out how to make them work.
