Wholesaler! How to find National Wholsalers

How could a wholesaler connect with national wholesalers? I am having trouble finding them. I know they exist and I know they usually need feet on the ground in each market. I would like to find a national wholesaler to be the feet on the ground in Louisville KY. I know this is not a huge market but I think it is just big enough. So how do I find the national wholesalers and how can I find out if Louisville is one of their markets? Or even a national investor that needs feet on the ground?

I only work the tax delinquent list.  I have had great success with that.
