Greetings all, quick question. Anyone have any recommendations regarding which software to use as far as InvestorCarrot or RealFlow ? Thanks!

Hey @Patrick J. not necessary.  I would buy my lists from List Source and spend that money on mailing to that list.  If you want a website buy a domain at Blue Host for $11 a year and have someone on Fiverr.com setup your site for $50.  But again all my money goes to finding motivated sellers and that software is not need to do that.  Hope this helps.
