Doing deals with realtors
As a beginner wholesaler I'm currently in process of establishing a few buyers before I search for properties. Recently a realtor contacted me and stated that he has investors looking for homes in my area. My question is how does doing a wholesale deal with a realtor works? Can it be a straight assignment transaction or would there be a specific process to handle transactions with realtors?
