Getting an LLC for Wholesaling
So I have heard that it's much safer to have an LLC before you conduct any kind of business. I plan on getting LLC'ed before I conduct my first wholesale deal. That being said, Have you guys gotten your LLC' in the state you conduct business in, or do you get them in Delaware, Nevada, etc, where it has better tax and benefits?
