Wholesaling probate deals

I am sure this has been answered a 1000 times already but I couldn't find the answer searching the forums. So i been looking alot into probate and was wondering do you A. Have to have a Real Estate license to do one of these deals and B. Can if you get a probate deal under contract can it be wholesale. Thank you for your time to answer this question for me

A) It is recommended..

B) In CA along with the regular estate purchase agreement the additional Probate Purchase Agreement is required. You could attach your own additional wholesale contract but it would have to be an "addendum". The agreements would be legally binding. As far as wholesaling a probate property, if your terms are not agreeable with the decedents, the attorney (representing the estate's PR and heirs) may run interference on your deal.

Here is where working with an agent is advisable to help you draw/write up a contract. The attorney is looking out for the best interest for their clients..
