Use 800 number or local number on bandit signs?

Which is better? Im able to answer my cell phone at anytime, so that doest bother me. What kind of number should i use?

I prefer a local number. You can do well with either but I prefer a local # because in my area being the "little guy" is more advantageous then trying to be a "BIG SHOT INVESTOR"...just to give you an idea on my reasoning I live in a town that has been protesting Home Depot moving in because "we don't need em here!".

I would recommend you think about the type of image you are trying to portrait for your business and then ask yourself "would I be better off with an 800#?".

You just need to be consistent with your message whichever way you decide. Do what you feel most comfortable with, not what someone on the forum tells you to do, including me.

use a local number. If you are trying to sift and sort using special reports and want to give information then use 800#. But I have always used local number.  I do use 800#'s but only as stated above.

I want to chat to sellers and buyers.  all this hog wash about checking the motivation is crap.  All you really want to know is do they have enough equity to do a deal.  800# is kind of hard to do that.

Just my opinion. I think that of all the people that say use 800#'s have affilate information or trying to sell you an AUTO PIOLIT way of buying and selling houses.

I have to laugh when I hear that term. Because the guy that says that is selling the same course for the last 5-6 years.
