Interested buyers for wholesale property.Need help in next steps.

Hello,

I have a bunch of interested buyers in this property that I am wholesaling. I've read a lot and researched a lot but I am looking for someone to help me in the next steps. As far as everything from where I get the contract, and what type of contract- to the title and everything else in between. I messaged some people on here that I thought could help me out but they weren't interested.
