Advise is needed in wholesaling
My cousin friend told me he'll help me wholesale deals if we split 50/50 and he has a training course for $300 that teaches me wholesaling. My question to BiggerPockets is for $300 I don't know if I'm going to get $300 worth of if these courses or even know if I can go out and wholesale anything.Can someone help me in what should I do?
