Is Wholesaling Legal in NC
Hi, a motivated seller found me on Craigslist and contacted me, because she needs to sell her house ASAP in Mount Airy, NC. I got it under contract and contacted a closing attorney and a real estate company to fimd out more info. I was told they've never heard of wholesaling and it's never been done in that town. Can someone advice if Wholesaling can be done ine NC (specifically in Mount Airy). If so, can you refer an Investor -friendly closing attorney? Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks.
