does this sound like a good deal
Just want some of u guys opinion i have a 2 family home on contract for $275,000 its fully rented out in great condition in a pretty nice neighborhood the comps are $300,000 to $310,000 in its current condition
...im asking for a 7000 assignment fee...it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath in each and a partially finished basement with a bathroom and kitchen that could be a possible 2 more bedrooms for the first floor ..just needs sheetrocking and carpet. ..let me know what you guys think
