Need Strategies to Get Homes Under Contract Fast

Hey BP Community,

I'm still new to real estate investing and the art of the wholesale. It seems that my biggest roadblock to success my inability to get great deal financially viable homes I plan to wholesale locked up and under contract FAST. 

Does anyone have any tips, contract types or strategies they've used to expedite the process?
