First, things, first Wholesale
Ok, so I've been looking into getting into wholesaling. However, I'm a novice in the Real Estate department. That being said, I've been doing my due diligence. Now, my question is what EXACTLY do I need to know to get started with Wholesale. I'm not talking about finding buyer/seller but about the actual knowledge base one needs to (intelligently) talk with and do deals with people. The more specific the answers the better!!
