Agent/Wholesaler disclosure??

I'm new here and just starting out, and this question seems to have been touched on in previous posts already, but for the wholesalers out there who are also licensed agents, how do you handle disclosure about what you're doing to buyers and sellers, especially in your direct mail campaigns, and other advertising, as most state realtor associations have rules about advertising. I realize when wholesaling, i would be acting as the pricipal in the transaction, and not an agent, it just all seems like a bit of a conflict or grey area to me and don't want to cause myself any problems resulting from the way i present myself.

Thanks!
