Leads for Wholesalers
Hi All,
I have a website that generates off-market house leads. I buy traffic from Google Adwords and find distressed homeowners looking to sell fast.
I am currently running it successfully in 2 cities but would like to expand.
I am looking for a few wholesalers who are interested in following up on these leads. The leads cost me about $15-$25 each. I will provide them to you up front for free with the agreement that you will give me a 25% share of the commission on any deals you close.
The only catch is you MUST be an experienced, active wholesaler who currently does at least 1-2 deals a month and 12+ deals a year. If interested, send me a message with your name, phone number, and a brief description of your experience.
