What should I look out for when looking into buying wholesale real estate? Who are the wholesalers in Kansas City an DC who should I run from?

I'm not familiar with your area, but no matter where you are you need to watch out for those who seem to be hiding something and those who don't know their numbers. There are honest hard working wholesalers out there. Find them and do a deal:)
