Option period time and fee when using the 1 to 4 contract
I need to know the Option period time and fee when using the 1 to 4 trec contract as a wholesale contract in Texas? I've heard $10.00-$20.00 for the fee and 10-45 days for the option period. Just so Im clear the option period is the time I need to find a buyer to assign the contract too. If someone has an example of a trec wholesale 1 to 4 contract they have used a wholesale contract, that would be very helpful.
