Infusionsoft as wholesale CRM

Our company focuses on owner direct acquisitions, so we have LOTs of marketing going out, and LOTs of leads coming in. So leads management is very important to us. Last year was our first full year in business, and we acquired 135 SFR's.
We're currently using Podio as our CRM, but in attempt to create a more customized CRM platform, we decided to make the transition to Infusionsoft as our CRM and email marketing platform. We've been working with software engineers and developers to build this out specific to our operations. However, it seems after lots of time and money, its making us LESS efficient.
I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else is using this platform to run their wholesale & Fix/Flip business, and see how we can collaborate to make our systems better.
