looking to start on real estate without using my own money
Does anyone know how I can get started in real estate without using my own money? I've seen people talk about it but they want $500 just to tell you how you can do it. I can't afford to spend $500 on it. I have 4 kids and it's hard enough trying to pay bills and expenses. If anyone can help out it would really be appreicated.
