Sourcing SFR Portfolio

Hi All,

Does anyone have suggestions for sourcing SFR Portfolios for sale? I've stumbled across a few that were for sale and done well liquidating them for the owners but I'm not sure the best way to look for potential SFR Portfolio sellers. Any help would be appreciated!
