My wife and I are seeking a Duplex in Nashville, TN. We are looking to move there for an indefinite amount of time. We would be using an FHA loan. Any off market deals in Nashville, TN with motivated sellers? Wholesalers? Any advice for owner occupiers new to the area? Thank you for your time!
