Hello all, I am a brand new wholesaler. I already have a couple of buyers through networking but what advice would you give as far as finding deals? Particularly in a competitive market. Any advice is appreciated.

Be persistent, man. It's not that easy in Houston, especially for the smaller budgets but it can be done.
