Need some help wholesaling
Hello everybody so ive been researching wholesaling for quite sometime, I've been to a few seminars and I'm going to another one April 7-9 but I would like to start doing deals NOW! I would like to get my first deal done with someone who knows the game and unfortunately nobody close to me is in this business, so I'm here seeking connections and possibly some help. If anyone with experience would like to get a deal done I have some capital and would definitely put in the work necessary to learn how to wholesale. Please lmk, I'm in north jersey!
