Mailing to divorce??

Hey guys,

I had VA pull all of the divorce records from my county for 2016. The plan was to mail to these addresses. I'm realizing now though that these are judgements and not filings. Should I still mail to these people or am I late to the party? If so, is my timeframe appropriate?
