Wholesale auction properties before auction day?
Hello BP,
I was just sitting and thinking and it came across my mind as I was online looking at properties. If a house with equity has a day and time it's gonna be auctioned at and the time frame is around almost 60 days till auction day. Is there still time/ are able to wholesale the property? Or is it to far gone at that point?
I don't think it's possible but figured I'd ask to see if it's possibly. Thanks!
