Learning how to Assign a Contract (Wholesale)
If anyone can explain to me the step by step process how assigning a contract works I would greatly appreciate it. What fees do I pay as the wholesaler? Does anyone have a mock up draft of an "assign to" contract that I can see to better understand what I need to do. Thanks for the help.
