Maximum allowable offer
Hello, I am new to wholesaling and I have a question about MAO. Why shouldn't you go above MAO for a seller? If they pay more for the property than what I'm offering, isn't that better pay for me? Forgive me if that's a crazy question. Please explain to me what I am missing. Thanks!
