Finding Comps in South Carolina

Hi my name is Bryce Hedrick, I'm a wholesaler in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. I am finding a ton of leads in SC but am having trouble finding comparables. From my experience, SC property information is very tough to find, at least compared to NC. I have not had any luck using some of the national databases like CRS, and HouseCanary. Of course, Zillow is not very reliable either. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

@Bryce Hedrick

When I use Zillow, there's a link to my county's assessor page under Price/Tax History and I can find all the information I need there if it isn't on the listing.
