Hello Y´all,

I newbie question that is bothering me.

So after you get a motivated seller and you are ready to make an offer would you first make a verbal offer or would you send the Purchase Agreement already signed with the price offer and with all the terms filled?

Thanks,

Eric Gottmann

Did you walk through the house with the seller? I'd say at the end of your inspection sit them down and give your offer.
