Can you wholesale with a reverse mortgage

hello all it's been a while since I've been here I've been working in the field with my first few houses. I came across a house and talked to the owner however they have a reverse mortgage for the balance due inorder to sell. The guy I'm training with is a little stumped as well as if their is anything legal we can try to do with a subject to on the house. Any suggestions? Thanks I'm advance
