Wholesaler to wholesaler, is it possible?

I am starting out wholesaling and seeing a few properties that appear to be listed by wholesaler. Is this a typical joint venture? Or a risky situation that may cause a deal to fall through? I would like to know before reaching out.

I don't know if I'm answering your question, but with a JV deal you have to bring something to the table either a great deal or the buyer. It would also help to know the market the deal is in to know if it's a true deal. Hope that helped somewhat. May you have a blessed investing career.
