Not sure on the entire Wholesale process?
Hello, everyone I'm pretty sure this has been asked on here before but I need clarification.
I want to start wholesaling and my question is whats the process after I get a house under option contract. Do I have to take it to a title company or can I just sell the contract to a buyer? Also if I do go through a title company, after I assign the contract to a buyer do I just submit both contracts to the title company, leave the buyer the sellers contact info and just wait to be paid after closing?
