Wholesaling in So-Cal

Hey Everyone,

I started out wholesaling some properties in the Indianapolis Area  which is my hometown. I am now looking to move into my backyard of Southern California with a Partner of mine whom also has moved out to Southern California. Right now we are trying to find a good Target Farm Area to start marketing and getting to know the courts etc...which is where I pull a lot of my lists in Indianapolis.

Any Suggestions on good farm areas you think we should start looking into? We are thinking Inland Empire,Chino area, Covina/West Covina as of now but I know you guys would have better insight on this. Any Suggestions Help. I'd love to connect with anyone in the area.

Thanks Ahead of Time!

Any data provider (PropertyRadar, ListSource) just look up areas with owners of residential properties as corporations, transaction date within 1 year,  75-100% equity, then do a count of those with the most properties etc. You just have to get creative.
