My 2016 & 2017 Results- 140K Mail Pieces Sent

Hey guys- posting my 2016 & 2017 direct mail results. I did this couple years ago too but I'm trying to make more of an effort to share more regularly.

This is my 2016 & 2017 mail volume and results and high level numbers on my business.

Did 24 deals last year (bleh). Tracking to around 40 this year.

In DC market so average profit deal is around $42K- and I wholesale about 40% and rehab about 60% of what I get.

My deals overall come from:
Direct mail- 50%
MLS- 20%
Cold Calling- 10-15%
Other Investors (Mentoring Type Stuff)-
15%

What kind of system/process do you have setup to handle all the mail pieces going out and what system to handle the responses generated?
