Looking to start wholesaling

Hi All 

I am a realtor already who works mostly with investors and would like to start wholesaling in California (ideally Bakersfield and Kern County area).  I am looking to partner with someone who is already successfully wholesaling to help increase their operation, or looking for any tips and tricks as to getting started.
