Fees with the title company.
As a wholesaler, I am somewhat sure there will be fees when dropping off the property and assignment contracts. I know it depends on the title company and how much they would charge, but from experience about how much would it be? (If any, I could be completely wrong). Also, when I assign the contract to the buyer, they are the ones who pay the closing costs, correct?
