Questions about the step-by-step process to wholesalin

Hello everyone, My wife and I are new to real estate investing and we would like to know what the step by step process is to wholesaling, including who to contact for each step (mainly how do we estimate repairs on a property/who do we contact to get an estimate of repairs and what the process is to actually get paid/who facilitates the transaction)? For example, market to find motivated sellers, inspect property (with contractor, inspector, appraiser, REA, or whomever does this), evaluate deal, get deal under contract (what are all documents needed here), sell contract to buyer (what are all the documents needed here), then...I'm not sure what to do here either; do we go to closing with the seller and buyer? How do we actually get paid (who facilitates this process)? Also, we are in the Birmingham, AL area so if anyone on here would like to meet and discuss this in person that would be fantastic! Sorry for the lengthy post and thanks for all the help! Derrick
