Double closing tutorial

Hello All!! 

First of all super excite it of staring my career as a RE Investor, due to the lack of capital I've been reading the best route to go in my case is star doing double closing, I know it's a lot of material out there about it, but I was wondering if someone could point me into the right directions of the steps that need to be taken as well as how much money realistically speaking I will need. Every possible detail will be greatly appreciate it.
