Hey guys I recently turned 19 and I'm starting my first year of college. I'm based in Miami, Florida. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to start in this business? I've gotten a couple of courses and a lot of information. I love real estate and wholesaling and understand it but again, I haven't yet started. I would love some advice also considering I'm 19. Best way to find sellers and which is he best marketing approach ? And also how to get an investor to take me seriously taking into account my age and also where to find them ? Thank you so much for anybody who takes the time to help me!

@Jorge Reveron it's great you're getting started. I would encourage you to take the next steps and just do it. Take yourself seriously (but not too seriously!) and others will take you seriously, regardless of your age. I'd encourage you to (re-)read Real Estate Wholesaling: The Ultimate Guide and just follow the steps and get started in it, learn from your mistakes and just iterate.
